Biofield Tuning is cumulative; every session builds on the one prior to it. Like chiropractic trains the bones to find their balanced relationship, Biofield Tuning trains the magnetic/electric system of the body to flow in a balanced, rhythmically harmonious way.
If a person has had long-term, extreme, non-beneficial inputs, it will take longer to achieve balance. Younger people respond more quickly than older people.
Generally, a minimum of three sessions is recommended to begin. Often, a presenting symptom can be cleared within three sessions. It depends on your insurance. We do not file with insurance, but we will provide you with all of the paperwork that you need to pass onto your insurance. However, some Healthcare Spending Accounts will cover the costs of these appointments.

Absolutely Not! First timers are always encouraged and welcome. It is my goal to make people aware of the benefits of vibrational work and sound therapy.
I do suggest staying hydrated, by drinking lots of water, prior to your visit. Being that we moving your energy fields, staying well hydrated helps with circulation.
I can and, in most cases will, send out the registration paperwork prior to our appointment time to alleviate the time it takes to compete them forms.
Please arrive for your appointment dressed comfortable clothing. Comfort is key. You will be laying down for your session. So anything you feel comfortable laying down in. You will remain fully dressed during your session. Wear footwear that is easily removable. You may keep socks on if you choose to do so. I do offer light blankets to utilize during any session to accommodate any fluctuations in body temperature.
I encourage clients to bring anything that may make their session more comfortable. Think active relaxation. Bring an open mind and an intention that you want to focus on during our session. You are encouraged to bring any crystals or stones that you may want to incorporate into you r personalized experience. I do have yoga mats, blankets, pillows, bolters and shawls all available to use during your session.
During a sound bath we will begin with a seated guided breathwork exercise with your eyes closed and preparing your body and nervous system for the sound bath. We will then set an intention state our desired outcome and wishes for this sound bath this is most often done through a short guided meditation. I will then conduct a smudging to clear any residual energies that may be lingering.
At this point with your body, in a deepened state of relaxation, I will begin introducing various forms of sound in the form of Brass Singing Bowls, Quartz Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Gongs, Tuning Forks, Ocean Drums and a variety of other vibro-acoustical tools in order to further relax you into a meditative state. All in an effort to provide you with a way to quiet your mind through sound.
A sound bath is an experience of sound through a variety of instruments that are often played together to create a state of relaxation aimed to calm the mind and body. By focusing on different frequencies and tones while simultaneously being mindful of your breath and staying present, you can be guided into an extremely relaxed state.
The attunement process opens up your body so that you're able to transmit healing energy, and lasts for your entire life.
Four sessions is a traditional recommendation and gives you time to evaluate what benefits you are receiving. Discuss with your practitioner how best to space the sessions to suit your needs and your schedule.
After your Reiki session, it's important to slow down. If possible, schedule your Reiki appointment at a time where you'll have the rest of the day off to relax or sleep. It's important to not push yourself too hard after Reiki, because your body will probably want to rest.
