Reclaiming Choice Beyond Conditioning.
If conditioning creates identity, then we have a serious problem.
Because most people spend their lives blaming themselves for patterns they never consciously chose.
They blame themselves for anxiety.
They blame themselves for people-pleasing.
They blame themselves for fear.
They blame themselves for repeating relationship patterns.
They blame themselves for procrastination.
But what if many of those behaviors are not evidence that you're broken?
What if they're evidence that you're adapted?
What if the pattern made perfect sense when it was created?
And what if the first step isn't blame?
What if the first step is understanding?
This is what I call The Blame Reframe.
